Spinning chairs are the new duct tape!

If you’re not a fan of low budget family home videos this might not be the blog for you (and after that introduction I’d be stunned if you’re not already hitting your delete button).

Still, I have two short Thanksgiving Day clips to share and I don’t fully understand my motivation. Usually business owners like to present themselves as moderately professional. All you’ll see here is just how goofy I really am.

Video #1- Spinning Chair Saves the Day

This was the fourth Thanksgiving that Jennie and I have lived in our sweet three bedroom home but it was the first where we hosted a “large” gathering. We quickly discovered that our small dining room could not adequately accommodate our party of twelve. Additionally, it is important to us that a group gathered for togetherness can actually be together. We emptied Piper’s toy room and watched it become our dining area. This transformed space would seat eleven people so that they could truly be with one another. Play the video below to see how we managed to tie in the twelfth person.
Video #2- AM meet PM

There is nothing remotely profound about this second video. It simply tells a story about two of my “friends” who rarely spend time with one another. Play the video below to witness this impromptu Thanksgiving meeting.
If you’ve bothered to read and to watch then you are likely a person for whom I’m thankful. While we may rarely be in each other’s company please know that I’d gladly put my spinning chair to work so that we could be.

Please accept my sincere wishes for a joyous Christmas (or a happy Chanukah) and a very successful December.
